By using Hummo you agree to these terms. Hummo is published by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS, COUNTRY]. The app is also covered by Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

The service

Hummo plays ambient sounds. A free version is available with a limited number of sounds and features. Hummo Premium unlocks every sound, mixing up to 8 sounds, unlimited saved mixes and the bedtime reminder.

Subscriptions

• Hummo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are charged the yearly price.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• You can restore previous purchases from the app (Settings → Restore purchases).

Hummo is a relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to a health professional about persistent sleep problems. Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially for babies: place the device at a safe distance and keep sound levels low.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The app and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, extract the audio, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
